Tasting Notes

Mid amber/mahogany; rich, lifted, with a slightly offputting whiff of cream cheese on the nose; dried figs and apricots, with good richness and texture, offset by gentle acidity. Very approachable and easy to drink.

SERVING & CELLARAGE

Deep dark brown colour with golden highlights. Characteristic and complex bouquet of Madeira with spices, toffee and vanilla and notes of dried fruits and nuts. Medium sweet and smooth, full bodied on the palate. Perfect balance between richness and acidity. A very long and persistent finish with orange peel, coffee and spices.
